BCC open for business & classes

The Barbados Community College is advising the public that it remains open for business and classes today.

In a release, the BCC says it was affected by the islandwide electricty outage for a brief period.

However power has been restored to both the Eyrie campus at Howell’s Cross Road, St. Michael and the Jean and Norma Holder Hospitality Institute at Marine Gardens in Christ Church.

Classes were able to resume and will continue for all day and evening students.

The College notes power to both locations was restored as part of the national effort by the Barbados Light and Power.
