Joint operations by the Barbados Defence Force and police have been effective as part of the island’s crime-fighting strategy, particularly as it relates to removing illegal guns from the streets.
Chief of Staff Commodore Errington Shurland made the point as he delivered his report at the 44th-anniversary service at the St. Matthias Anglican Church today.
