The charge was made by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley as she addressed the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry luncheon at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre today.
In a wide-ranging address, the Prime Minister also threw out some challenges to the group.
