With the introduction of Wyndham Sam Lords Castle and the presence of Crane Hotel, villas and Airbnb properties, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Nutritional Security, Indar Weir has sought to ensure attention is paid by Government to the Foul Bay Beach in St. Philip.
He sees that road as important to the image of Barbados and has had conversations with the Minister of Transport and Works in that regard on its upkeep.
Mr. Weir, the MP for St. Philip South, was speaking to residents during a meet the people session at the Crane Nazarene Church, where he provided a progress report.
He told those gathered that as MP, he responded to concerns including jobs, housing and lighting, among other areas.
In the face of opposition criticism of the Government, he has challenged Barbadians to be their own judge.
