As the long Christmas holiday weekend draws closer, there’s a caution to parents to be careful how their children eat and drink this X-mas, as childhood obesity is on the rise.
Family physician Dr. Adrian Lorde spoke to CBC about more children presenting with non-communicable diseases.
Dr. Lorde also gave some tips on how to size the various Christmas delicacies, to prevent problems in the new year.
