Effective midnight, Sunday, September 4, the retail prices of all liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders increased.
The new price of the100-lb cylinder is $176.33, an increase of $5.46; while the 25-pound cylinder cost $1.36 more, that is, $49.18. The 22-pound cylinder is selling for $43.44, rising by $1.20, and the 20-pound cylinder increased by $1.10 to $39.50.
Government is taking this opportunity to adjust the retail prices of these products in line with its policy of allowing retail prices to reflect those on the international market.
