Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has called for a comprehensive mental wellness policy for Barbados.
She says the nation has not done well in addressing issues of mental health.
Ms. Mottley was at the time delivering the 16th Patrick A.M. Emmanuel Memorial Lecture, ‘Forging a Nation; Confronting New Realities’.
Prime Minister Mottley impressed on the need for free speech in Barbados.
