Head of the COVID-19 Monitoring Unit, Ronald Chapman says the majority of people and businesses complied with the protocols over the long holiday weekend.
He told the CBC News however, a few events were brought to his attention, including the Kadooment Monday brand fitness session, attended by scores of individuals.
