The crime reduction fight will continue in earnest as the Minister Responsible for Crime Prevention Corey Lane, says they will be stepping up programmes so that last year’s gains are sustained.
One of the new areas which they will be looking to launch shortly is a programme for parents.
Mr. Lane was speaking to CBC News.
A sharp focus is also going to be on inmates and their reintegration into society.
