Police have identified the deceased in this morning’s unnatural death in St. Philip.
She is Jamaican national Charmaine Merchant, who resided at #106 Willow Drive, Ruby Park in that parish.
The 39 year old mother was discovered hanging from the rafters of the garage roof of her home.
