Education Ministry ready to disburse textbook grant

News tonight most Barbadians with children at primary school are waiting to hear.

Minister of Education Kay McConney says they are now ready to disburse the $100 textbook grant.

She says the process took some time because of the level of consultation and coordination in which a number of critical questions had to be answered.

She says the online form titled the ‘$100 Primary School Textbook Grant 2023/24’ will be available on the websites of the Government Information Service and the Ministry of Education.
