In news from the Upper House, a Government Senator is advocating for Barbados to become a knowledge-based economy.
Minister of Economic Affairs and Investment Chad Blackman, believes the island can look at exporting ideas to help other countries solve their issues.
He made the comments during the debate on the Appropriation Bill, 2024, in the upper chamber.
