The Flash Flood Watch in effect for Barbados has been discontinued.
The Barbados Meteorological Services says shower activity has decreased across the island within the past 6 hours and the threat of flash flooding has diminished.
It however says the possibility of light to moderate showers over the next 12 hours remains, and encourages the public to continue to monitor the BMS website and social media pages for forecast updates.
