A major plan is being put in place for Barbadians and others in the region to ensure people have access to food and other necessary resources if impacted by any major disaster.
It comes as efforts continue to establish the Logistics Hub and Centre of Excellence in Barbados.
The ground-breaking ceremony was held at the Grantley Adams International Airport today.
