A Colombian national has been remanded to Dodds Prison, following a court appearance in connection with a number of charges.
58 year old Oswaldo Rafael Acosta Aroca of #20 De Octubre, Santa Marta, Colombia appeared before Magistrate Douglas Fredericks at the District ‘F’ Magistrates’ Court today, charged with the following:
- Unlawful Possession of Cannabis
- Trafficking Cannabis
- Possession with Intent to Supply Cannabis
- Disembarking without the consent of an Immigration Officer
- Entering Barbados other than a port of Entry
He was remanded to prison until September 7th, 2022 when he is scheduled to reappear in the same court.
