Holder: Prioritise critical thinking for students

As Government moves to reform the education system there’s a call for greater focus on areas of critical thinking for students.

It’s coming from principal of the Lester Vaughn School Suzette Holder.

According to her, the Founder’s vision for Lester Vaughn Secondary was for an institution which not only provided education for students but also character-building.

Ms. Holder made the remarks during the 26th anniversary Founder’s Day Service students displayed an array of talents: in song, playing of instruments as well as foreign languages.

There was also a presentation of ten standing fans to the school by the Lions of Barbados South.
