Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Kerrie Symmonds has warned about the potential negative effects for Barbados if there is an escalation of the Israel /Iran tensions.
Speaking last evening during a Barbados Labour Party St. Peter branch meeting at the Alexandra School, Minister Symmonds noted the conflict could drive fuel prices upwards.
However, he says Government remains committed to navigating the situation and any others, with the best interest of Barbadians at heart.
