Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, Marsha Caddle today led off Debate on the Cybercrime Bill, 2023, which repeals the Computer Misuse Act Cap 124B.
She says the Law Reform Commission advised that the Computer Misuse Act was woefully inadequate for 2024 and beyond.
The Minister set out some of the key objectives of the Cybercrime Bill.
