Tourism Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill has encouraged Barbados’ repeat visitors to take advantage of several major calendar events scheduled for this year.
These include the much-anticipated ICC Cricket T20 World Cup, the fiftieth anniversary of Crop Over, along with the relaunched We Gatherin’ festivities scheduled for the start of next year.
He made the comment as tourism officials honoured and celebrated some of the island’s most loyal visitors with a special reception.
