A major push is on to boost literacy by getting Barbadians to read more.
Over the weekend, a team from the National Library Service did a walkthrough of some communities in St. Joseph, where they sought to bring awareness to the services people can access.
CBC News spoke with the acting director of the service Jennifer Yarde.
