The delayed rate at which Barbadians received the information about last Monday’s lightning storm is now the subject of a survey.
The Barbados Meteorological Service has launched an online survey to get certain critical information related to how this news was accessed.
Director of Meteorological Services Sabu Best in an interview with Morning Report says they need to learn from all weather events, especially the significant ones.
