St. Thomas MP Cynthia Forde is fed up with the ZR culture and wants to see the new amendments to the Transport Authority Bill implemented in short order.
She says ZR drivers break too many laws daily including going off route, playing loud music and driving recklessly.
Ms. Forde also spoke about her near death encounter with a reckless PSV driver.
