On Monday morning Member of Parliament for St. Michael North West, Neil Rowe was granted $10, 000 bail when he appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna to answer a charge of rape at Oistins Magistrates’ Court.
Bail was granted with one surety after Prosecutor, acting Inspector Peter Barrow did not object.
His bail conditions state that he must not have any physical or other contact, such as via social media platforms, telephone or text messaging, with the complainant.
Rowe is being represented by Roger Forde, KC and Safiya Moore.
