Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Kay McConney suggests there is a need for technical and vocational-based teaching to be applied from the primary to the tertiary level.
Minister McConney says the education system has to create pathways for everyone to be able to do well.
Minister McConney added with most students learning kinesthetically this mode of learning must be fully incorporated into classrooms.
