A new valuation bill will be heading to Parliament shortly.
That’s the word from Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs Ryan Straughn.
Speaking at the 10th Valuation and Construction Conference at the Barbados Hilton, he said the bill will ensure valuations for properties across the board are standardised.
Mr. Straughn also said the new legislation will help to unlock investment.
