No support for children having the right to determine gender

Government does not support any child having the right to determine its gender.

This statement tonight from Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley.

She was contributing to Debate on a Resolution on the Report of the Joint Select Committee on the Social Sector and the Environment on the Child Protection Bill.

She says her Government will allow children to be children.

Ms. Mottley also supports a call by Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Development, Charles Griffith for a national registry for pedophiles.
