Stranded passengers from Air Canada flight AC967 were left confused and frustrated after their COVID-19 test results were not received in time for check in.
CBC News understands that around 40 people who were bumped off their flight will have to try to return tomorrow.
We spoke with some of them who expressed frustration with the system here and the treatment by the airline with some saying they won’t fly Air Canada again or return to Barbados.

This Covid messed has gotten everyone in a total messed. The lab may have to give priority to those travellers leaving Barbados to go back to their country their results in the time frame so they won’t missed their flights. Separate their tests from the others so this won’t happened again. I know you have a lot of testing to do but get the travellers out first. Don’t forget they are there to help out the economy.
Colleen this is such basic common sense, but common sense is not common I guess. Can only imagine the frustration of these passengers.
