Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has arrived in Beijing for a four-day official visit to China.
She was invited to visit by the Chinese Premier, Li Qiang.
Accompanying the Barbadian leader is the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kerrie Symmonds.
While in China, she will also attend the 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, in Tianjin.
China is the latest stop of the Prime Minister’s trip overseas.
Ms. Mottley in the past two weeks has visited the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ghana and more recently France.
