Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM David Comissiong, believes Prime Ministers Mia Amor Mottley and Dr. Ralph Gonsalves should be commended for their roles in last week’s peace talks between Guyana and Venezuela.
He made the point during the ‘Conversations on CARICOM’ segment on Mornin’ Barbados.
Comissiong also stresses the Argyle Declaration between Guyana and Venezuela, contains many measures to preserve peace in the region and between the two South American states.
