Efforts are being ramped up to make the service offered to Barbadians seeking medical attention at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital a top priority moving forward.
This comes through an initiative promoting patient-centred care.
Communication Specialist at the QEH Shane Sealy says they have implemented various initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and optimising resource allocation to reduce patient wait times.
Mr. Sealy however, maintains it is essential to acknowledge health-care delivery at whatever level can be very complex.
