The National HIV/AIDS Commission will be sponsoring a music truck for the Revellers band – those who come out to party but are not registered with an official band.
This year marks a decade the Commission has been doing this.
Minister responsible for the Commission, Kirk Humphrey told members of the media that this is an exercise they support, as the demographic which they need to educate about the disease is among those revellers.
He also explained why it is important for the Commission’s work to continue.
The Minister visited the site where the truck is being outfitted for the road and even gave a hand in getting the speaker onboard.
The truck, which will move off from Warrens, will be the last band to depart.
