Javon Michael Richards has been formally charged by the Criminal Investigation Department (Major Crime Unit).
The 20-year-old of # 16 Lascells Terrace, St. Michael had been arrested for offences committed while at the Constitution Terminal, Bridgetown, St. Michael on Saturday, March 9, 2024.
His charges read as follows:
– Serious Bodily Harm – of Dravid Chase
– Unlawful Use of a Firearm
– Endangering the Life of Joseph Ben-Israel
– Endangering the Life of Mikhael Ben-Israel
– Endangering the Life of David Ben-Israel
– Endangering the Life of Damario Brathwaite
– Endangering the Life of Kyle Welch
– Endangering the Life of Rohan Walcott
– Endangering the Life of Taj Gulstone
– Endangering the Life of Tito Gulstone
The police say Richards is scheduled to appear before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court on Monday 18 March 2024.
