Road tennis is heading to Trinidad and Tobago.
A memorandum of understanding has been agreed upon between the Hamilton Lashley Foundation of Barbados and the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo Regional Corporation of Trinidad, which will see road tennis being introduced in T&T.
Member of Parliament Trevor Prescod, speaking on behalf of the Hamilton Lashley Foundation specifically on this initiative, noted road tennis is just the latest sport the two countries will be sharing information and resources for.
Mr. Prescod believes Trinidad can assist Barbados in making road tennis an international sport.
Chairman of the Corporation Ryan Rampersad, says they’re excited to introduce road tennis to Trinidadians.
