A settlement has been reached in the contentious matter at the Oistins Bay Gardens, in which food vendor Monique Best was evicted from a stall earlier this week.
The announcement came after a visit to the facility by Acting Prime Minister Santia Bradshaw this morning to speak with Ms. Best, her lawyer Senior Counsel Ralph Thorne and key officials including senior Government representatives.
Reanne Phillips was there and filed this report.
