That’s how registration seems to be going for some costume bands for both Foreday and Grand Kadooment.

As one bandleader and committee member of the Barbados Association of Masqueraders revealed, there are a number of reasons this is so.

However, interestingly enough, Bryan Worrell of Colorz says foreign bookings are ahead of locals.
