St. Andrew residents have been asked to be patient as social, infrastructural, agricultural and training needs will be met – but in a phased approach.

This assurance from Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and other Government officials as they engaged residents during St. Andrew Speaks at the Alleyne School hall last evening.
