Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies, Professor Sir Hilary Beckles has credited the work of the University’s ICT team across its regional campuses, for its survival following the impact brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
He says unlike other universities across the globe, UWI did not close its doors and was able to soar above the challenges.
Sir Hilary was speaking at the official launch of the UWI Digital Transformation Project.
