A 23-year-old visitor from the United States will reappear in court tomorrow after having pleaded guilty to a charge of inflicting serious bodily harm and criminal damage.
The incident occurred on December 22 and Jake Carter Lenon of Arkansas was charged on the 24th.
CBC News acquired some video of the incident which involved a security guard at a south coast hotel.
Information from the police says he was initially remanded until the 29th but because the court was awaiting a medical report he was sent back to Dodds Prison and will reappear tomorrow at the Oistins Magistrates Court.
