Chief Medical Officer, Dr. the Most Honourable Kenneth George says well-financed community health programmes are needed to allow the health care system to reach more people.
Apart from broadening access, he says it would cater to those who need it most.
The CMO adds there needs to be a shift in certain methods of testing and programmes.
