Jordan resigns from Gleaner; to take up new post at Trinidad Guardian

Barbadian, Kaymar Jordan, has tendered her resignation as the Editor-in-Chief of the Gleaner Company (Media) Limited in Jamaica.
An announcement was made at a management meeting this morning.
The resignation is reportedly to take effect in October.
Jordan joined the company in 2019.
She was the second female Editor-in-Chief in the company’s 187 year history.
This afternoon the Trinidad Guardian announced Ms. Jordan as its new Managing Editor. Her appointment takes effect on November 1st.
