Government is hoping to reach an agreement with architects in Barbados, as it seeks to undertake upgrades at schools across the island.
This was revealed by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley.
She was speaking yesterday during a screening of the film ‘The First Class’ at the Olympus Theatre.
Prime Minister Mottley says she’s also asked the Ministries of Environment and National Beautification and People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, to help create community partnerships to help maintain schools.
