Residents and motorists in the northern parishes of St. Lucy and St. Peter are being urged to take extreme caution, as the entire island remains under a Flash-Flood Warning.
This as Director of the Barbados Meteorological Services, Sabu Best, warned that those areas have experienced greater impacts from unstable conditions affecting the island.
