Barbados medal tally at the CARIFTA Swimming Championships in the Bahamas has moved to 13, as session four is underway at the Betty Kelly-Kenning Aquatic Centre

The tally includes five gold, four silver and four bronze.

Heidi Stoute won another gold medal in the Girl’s 13-14, 200-Metre Freestyle, coming home in 2.07.26 seconds this evening. Before that, Mihael Sobers took silver in the Boys 11-12, 200 Free in 2.10.92 seconds.

Last night, adding to the gold medal column was Jaiya Simmons in the Girls’ 13-14, 100-Metre Butterfly in 1. 05:79 seconds and Victor Ashby in the Boys’ equivalent in 59.72 seconds.

The Barbados team also won the Girls’ 13-14 400-Metre Freestyle Relay in 4.4:35 seconds.
