The Barbados Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation remains optimistic that sport can return to some normalcy later in the year, and so have kept in the pipeline plans to host some major competitions.
While it is obviously not business as usual, the Federation’s Public Relations Officer Ivor Worrell says the Federation is ensuring that they are ready when the time comes.
Like all other sports, the local bodybuilding and fitness athletes have been using the safest possible avenues to maintain their fitness levels and training routines.
Worrell says it has been challenging all around for the sport, but it is all about adaptation.
