Double victory for Combermere

Combermere are double crown champions of the 2024 Dasani Powerade BSSAC championships.

On the final day of the meet today at the Usain Bolt Complex, Combermere won the boy’s section with 285 points 48 points ahead of Harrison College with 237, while Christ Church Foundation were third on 213.5.

In the girl’s, Combermere took the title with 19.5 margin on 279 points.

The St. Michael School were 2nd on 259.5 and The Alleyne School 3rd on 216.

Combermere athletes featured in many finals today, including the under-17 and under-20 200 metres.

Of note, no records fell at this years meet, but there was keen competition throughout including the under-13 and under-15 400 metres.
