The 2024 Barbados Netball Association season was officially opened over the weekend at the Wildey Gymnasium.
Three new teams have joined the roster for this year’s competition – they are Parish Land Flight Crew, St. Andrew Ballers and the Shooting Stars.
Play will begin in the 10 divisions today and there will be some new initiatives to enhance the standard of play.
In his feature address, Minister of Sports Charles Griffith revealed that the much-needed redevelopment of the Netball Stadium at Waterford is set to begin in short order.
