‘Ocean Pearl’, with Skipper Clinton Bailey, is the winner of the 2024 Republic Bank, Sir Charles Williams International Game Fishing Tournament.
When the boats docked a final time yesterday, the crew of Ocean Pearl amassed 3,500 points, to the second-placed Fish Attack with 3,250 and third-place Challenge II also with 3,250 points.
Among the other winners, for the heaviest Dolphin caught by a junior angler, Ocean Garrett caught a Wicked Tuna weighing 13 pounds.
The championship male angler rod and reel combo was Logan Humphery onboard ‘Fish Attack’.
Championship female angler was Trcia Thompson on ‘Remember Me Now’.
Best junior angler was Louki Louw-Lanza onboard ‘Eclipse’.
The highest-placed foreign boat was ‘Irish Cream II’ out of Grenada which finished in sixth place.
The youngest anglers were Arthur and Henry Warren onboard the ‘Screaming Eagle’.
The crew of ‘Carib Girl’ was the boat that caught the most head of fish – 50.
