59-year-old Brian Talma is showing he still has it.
The Barbadian international windsurfer captured the second-place trophy at the recently concluded Master of the Ocean Wind and Wave World Championship in the Dominican Republic.
Talma actually was the defending champion, after winning last year’s event.
During an interview with CBC Sports, Talma said he is elated with his performance given the tough conditions.
Talma also says he has big plans for the remainder of year, with several events scheduled for Europe.
