Changes to planning codes to combat water woes

Changes to local planning codes are in the works as the country works to combat its water woes. This was revealed by Acting General Manager of the Barbados Water Authority Dr. John Mwansa during a town hall meeting in Gall Hill, St. John Sunday evening.
