The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory identified 374 new COVID-19 cases (142 males and 232 females) from the 1,032 tests carried out on Thursday, July 21st.

The cases consist of 55 people under the age of 18, and 319 who are 18 years and older.

There were 50 people in isolation facilities, while 2,080 were in home isolation.

The public health laboratory has conducted 720,694 tests since February 2020, and recorded 89,339 COVID-19 cases (40,742 males and 48,597 females).

Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of people with at least one dose is 162,868 (71.3 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of fully vaccinated people is 153,875 (56.8 per cent of the total population or 67.4 per cent of the eligible population).
